How do I check the status of my order?
When you log in to your account, we provide you with information at each step of the ordering process. We also include the tracking number once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
We have a flat rate of $8.95.
How long does it take of my package to get shipped?
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to package & ship your order.
How long is shipping time?
All orders are processed within 3 business days. We ship with the USPS, which usually takes 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind we ship from New York when calculating the shipping time.
What if I made a mistake entering my shipping address?

What if the item I want is out of stock?
Contact us if you see an item out of stock. We may be able to still get it for you.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 14 days and we will issue a store credit or exchange. The item must be be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.
How can I exchange my order?
Please print and fill out the exchange form. Include form in returned package and we will process your request as soon as possible.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How long does this take?
Once we receive the item you are returning, we will send a confirmation email. Within 72 hours you will be issued a store credit or process your exchange.
